How we eat can have a massive impact on our health and weight loss goals.
Often we focus on what we are eating and rarely focus on how we eat so I want to share some information with you that may surprise you and help move you closer to achieving your health goals by making some simple changes.
If you are living a fast pace lifestyle, eating on the run, going through the coffee drive thru scoffing in a quick breakfast before heading into work, grabbing the kids leftovers when running out the door and rushing every meal the good news for you is a simple change can have a impact on achieving your goals.
Eating during a stressed state will generally lead to digestive upset, decreased nutrient assimilation, and unwanted fat storage, which leads to weight gain 😳 whereas.....
Eating in a relaxed state turns on healthy digestion, assimilation and calorie burning capacity is amplified. (Who wants that 🙋♀️)
Bottom line switch from consuming your food whilst in a stressed state to focusing on being in a more relaxed state, savouring, enjoying and slowing down your meal.
